Can I play Wistoria FlyFF on Mac / Linux?

Wistoria FlyFF is based on DirectX, which is officially supported only on Windows operating systems. Supporting Mac or Linux would require major redevelopment, so they are not officially supported.

Wistoria FlyFF is intended to run on the following Windows operating systems:

Windows 7
Windows 8 / 8.1
Windows 10
Windows 11

What are the server rates?

The official Wistoria FlyFF rates will be announced by the team before launch. This section can be updated once the final EXP, Penya, Drop, and maximum level settings are confirmed.

What effect does Premium membership have?

Premium membership may provide bonuses such as:

Special character name color.
Increased EXP rate.
Increased drop rate.
Reduced dungeon cooldowns.
Access to premium-exclusive benefits or content.
Additional convenience bonuses, depending on the final server setup.

How do I create a guild?

Guild creation will be available in-game through the required NPC or guild creation item. Final details will be added once the Wistoria FlyFF guild system is fully confirmed.

I have a suggestion / idea for the server!

If you have an idea for Wistoria FlyFF, the best place to share it is our Discord suggestion channel. Staff members and players can review your suggestion and discuss whether it would improve the server.

I get an error

Some issues happen because the launcher does not have administrator permission. In most cases, this can be fixed by right-clicking the Wistoria FlyFF Launcher and choosing Run as administrator.

I would like to have a certain character name, but it is taken?

This means another character may already be using the name. A character name can only become available again if the original character is deleted and fully removed from the system according to the server cleanup rules.

My mouse jumps back and forth or out the window. What can I do?

This issue can happen because of Windows DPI scaling. Open your Wistoria FlyFF client folder, right-click Neuz.exe, select Properties, then go to the Compatibility tab.

Enable the option to override or disable high DPI scaling, apply the change, and restart the client. After this, the mouse should behave normally.

My items that I sent by mail are gone. Why?

In-game mail may have a limited retention period. If mail is not opened and attached items are not removed within the allowed time, the mail and attached items may be deleted permanently.

Always collect mailed items as soon as possible to avoid losing them.

How can I ignore a player in the game?

You can ignore a player by typing this command in the in-game chat:

/ignore name

Replace name with the character name of the player you want to ignore. Ignored players can usually be managed through the in-game messenger.
