Server Rules

1. Respect Other Players and Staff

Harassment, threats, insults, hate speech, racism, sexism, excessive toxicity, or abusive behavior toward players or staff members is not allowed.

If someone is harassing you, please report it with screenshots or video evidence.

2. No Scamming or Deception

Scamming, misleading players, impersonating others, or persuading another player to give you their password, account details, bank PIN, items, currency, or private information is strictly prohibited.

3. No Third-Party Software

Any software or tool that gives an unfair advantage is forbidden. This includes:

• Bots
• Macros
• Auto-farming tools
• Auto-typers
• Packet editors
• Modified clients
• Hack tools or bypass tools

4. Account Sharing

Account sharing is done at your own risk. Wistoria FlyFF staff are not responsible for lost items, deleted characters, changed passwords, missing currency, or any other damage caused by someone you allowed to access your account.

Staff may refuse recovery requests caused by account sharing.

5. Real Money Trading

Buying, selling, or trading accounts, items, characters, currency, services, or any Wistoria FlyFF content for real money outside official donation systems is not allowed.

Trading between Wistoria FlyFF and other games or servers is also forbidden.

6. Bug Exploiting

Players must not abuse bugs, glitches, duplication methods, map errors, unintended mechanics, or server issues for personal gain.

Any bug or exploit must be reported to staff through Discord or the official support channels as soon as possible.

7. Staff Impersonation

Players may not pretend to be a Game Master, Administrator, Developer, Moderator, or any official Wistoria FlyFF staff member.

8. Advertising and Server Denouncing

Advertising other servers, websites, products, services, suspicious links, or unrelated communities in-game or on official Wistoria FlyFF platforms is not allowed.

Excessive public denouncing, false claims, or malicious attempts to damage the server community may result in moderation action.

9. Kill Stealing and Boss Rules

Intentional kill stealing or drop stealing on bosses may be punished if there is clear evidence. Normal leveling monsters are generally considered open unless specific event rules say otherwise.

Reports should include screenshots, videos, player names, date, and time.

10. Chat and Community Conduct

Spamming, flooding, excessive caps, repeated begging, drama baiting, offensive names, inappropriate content, or disrupting community channels is not allowed.

11. Donations and Chargebacks

Donations are voluntary and support the development and operation of Wistoria FlyFF. Donation rewards and virtual items are non-refundable except where required by law.

Fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or payment disputes may result in account suspension while the issue is reviewed.

12. Staff Decisions

Staff members may mute, jail, suspend, ban, remove items, reset progress, or apply other penalties when rules are broken. Staff decisions are made to protect the server and community.

Appeals may be submitted respectfully through official support channels.
